Does it seem like things will never change?

Are you struggling to move forward?

Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you need help from someone else?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here. I know seeking help can be hard. I’m so glad you have taken the courageous step of exploring therapy.

    About Wendy Micheau

HI! My name is Wendy Micheau, and I use she/her pronouns.

I provide individual counseling services for adults of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures throughout the state of Oregon. Counseling services are offered through Telehealth, a HIPAA-compliant telecommunications technology.

Life has lots of unexpected twists and turns, and sometimes it can be hard to navigate. It helps to have someone to confide in. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or career dissatisfaction–or even if you’re just going through turbulent times in your life–I am here and ready to help.

I also feel called to provide counseling for individuals with chronic illness and disability. This is a cause close to my heart, since I, myself, identify as having a disability. I understand the experience of adjusting to a diagnosis, learning new ways to accommodate limitations, and dealing with disability stigma and discrimination. Whether you are a person with a disability or a caring family member, know that I have the specialized training and experience to support you.

When I’m not providing counseling services, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening, caring for my pets, watching movies, and visiting the Oregon coast.

As a Professional Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, I am supervised by Kerri Anderson-Linde, LPC.
